When something is done right it is simply...well...right. After 9 years we have finally found a reason to update COI! This new release (Version 4.5.1) allows you to apply the speed and accuracy of Top Floor's Court Order Interest Program to larger debts. The new release allows capital values in excess of $99 Million Dollars. As a bonus we have also added some new Provincial interest tables.

Courtenay, Feb 5, 2002: Top Floor Computer systems is proud to announce the roll out of its new web site www.courtorderinterest.com. This new site provides access to the latest version of the Court Order Interest (version 1.2). It also provides access to the current BC Court Rate Tables, FAQ's, and online support options.

Court Order Interest V1.2 is designed to run on Microsoft Windows 95, 98, 2000, NT, and XP. Court Order Interest is used throughout the British Columbia Court System to calculate interest payable as a result of a Court ruling but is not limited to this application. Court Order Interest has proven effective at calculating simple interest for Banks, Credit Unions, Crown Corporations, Lawyers and Financial management companies where it is used to perform debt management functions. Top Floor's President Howard Bevan said:

Courtenay, May 5 1999: Top Floor Computer systems is proud to announce the release of the windows compatible version of our Court Order Interest program. This is the official program used within the court registries throughout British Columbia to calculate all interest payable by Court Order. The program is readily adaptable for use by any organization needing to generate Simple Interest Schedules, whether based on provincial tables, or those tailored for their own unique needs.

Some programs highlights:

  • Generate schedules based on pre-defined rate tables.
  • Four rate tables included with program.
  • Rate Tables are user updateable.
  • No practical limit to the number of tables you can add to the system.
  • Schedules can be created by filling in as few as four fields.
  • Schedules can be saved for later perusal, or updating.
  • Schedules can be printed to disk. This creates a simple text file that can be appended to many PIMS and Client management systems.
  • Fully Year 2000 compatible.
  • Never have a Schedule rejected. This is the productive and accurate way to generate Court Order Interest Schedules.
  • Extremely efficient: Launch the program, create a pre-judgement schedule spanning 4 years, send to printer and close the program all within 30 Seconds!
