If you have the COI program installed:
You should first start by checking the Court Order Interest Help file
You can open the context sensitive help menu from within the Court Order Interest application, by clicking the "F1" button (found next to your "Esc" key in the upper left corner of you key board).
You can also open this file from the Start Menu under:
Start -> Program files -> Court Interest -> COI Help
You could also try checking the Court Order Interest Manual which should also be installed on your system and access from the Start Menu under:
Start -> Program files -> Court Interest -> COI Manual
